At Cutiepies Couture if the item is custom made the item is made to order which for you means You let us know what size you need and we custom make it for the perfect fit for your lil cutiepie- For example if your little one wears a 2T pant and a 3T shirt just let us know and we will make it in those sizes- Maybe your little one is tall and thin - you can send us there inseam and waist measurements-
